Stocks Snap Back, Poised For Weekly Gains
The markets shrugged off early losses yesterday to close higher on the day.
Just another testament to the underlying bullishness of the economy and the market.
Underscoring this bullishness was yesterday's PMI Composite Flash report which showed the composite reading at 55.7, up from last month's 54.8 and views for the same. Analyst's noted the service component was back to their prior highs, while manufacturing hit new highs!
Stocks continue to rise on the parade of better than expected economic reports and record earnings. And they should. These are historic times for the economy and the market.
One area that's been leading the pack lately has been Technology. And one of the most exciting areas within that space is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This industry is already estimated to be worth $12 billion. And analysts believe it could be worth as much as $57.6 billion within the next 3 years. There are some big names already in this space – Google and Nvidia are just a couple.
