Harvesting Stock Profits
Yesterday we talked about how low expectations provide a great fertilizer for stock price gains during earnings season. We definitely saw some green shoots appearing for stocks Tuesday as more bellwethers roll in with better than expected results.
This had stocks poking above the 100 day moving average (2142) for the first time in over a week. However, in the end we closed just below this important line of resistance.
More good earnings reports, combined with increasing clarity on the election should be all that is needed to breakout above this resistance shortly. If all goes according to plan we should be celebrating a bountiful stock harvest come Thanksgiving...and new highs to carry us into the New Year.
Your best friend at this time is to buy more . However, it often shocks me how many folks rely on our ratings without even knowing how it works...or how to maximize results. That would be akin to doing surgery without a medical degree.
